Due to the availability of our swatch program and the superior quality of our products, we only accept returns on items that are flawed from the manufacturer. All of our merchandise is specially ordered for you.

You will find that if you use our swatch program, there will be no need to worry about color or texture of the product. The cards include all available color swatches and a large image of the product in most cases.

In Seven years of operation we have not had any of our clients attempt to return any of our cashmere products.
